Tropical Freshness Bowl with Granola and Berry Smoothie

Fresh, nutritious and a perfect start to the morning! This bowl is full of natural goodness – the sweet smoothie combined with crunchy granola and fruit provides both energy and enjoyment.

📝 Ingredients:

For the smoothie base:

  • 1 frozen banana

  • ½ cup frozen strawberries

  • ½ cup plant milk (such as almond or oat)

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)

For decoration:

  • ½ fresh banana (sliced)

  • 2 tablespoons crunchy granola

  • Nuts and seeds (almond slices, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds)

  • Berries (e.g. raspberries, blueberries)

  • Coconut flakes

Preparation:

  1. Blend all the smoothie base ingredients in a blender until creamy.

  2. Pour into a bowl and smooth evenly.

  3. Decorate with your chosen toppings – as shown in the picture or to your taste.

  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
