Refund policy

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to food products, beverages, or other goods intended for immediate household consumption.

If you have received a food product that is damaged, of poor quality, or does not match your order, and this is discovered after the courier has left, please inform us by sending a photo of the damaged/incorrect product to goodmoodkitchenriga@gmail.com. If such a claim is submitted within 72 hours of receiving the product, we will either refund your money or provide a discount for your next purchase.

In the above cases, the money for returned, damaged, poor-quality, or incorrect products will be transferred to the same bank account from which the order was paid, within 10 (ten) business days from the date the product was returned.

In cases of product return or exchange, the delivery fee for the order is non-refundable and non-compensated.
