Terms of service

1. The Buyer orders, purchases, and pays for, while the Seller delivers and sells food (hereinafter – Products) in accordance with these Terms (hereinafter – Agreement).

2. The Buyer places an order by filling out the relevant order form on the Seller’s website: goodmoodkitchen.myshopify.com. When placing an order, the Buyer undertakes to provide accurate information, including their name, surname, delivery address, and contact details, and confirm the order by clicking “Order.” Any changes must be communicated to the Seller within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation by emailing goodmoodkitchenriga@gmail.com. The Buyer is responsible for providing correct data; otherwise, delivery of the Products is not guaranteed.

An order is considered the Buyer’s offer to conclude this Distance Agreement with the Seller for the delivery of the ordered Products and the Buyer’s consent to purchase the ordered Products at the stated price. Personal data related to delivery will not be disclosed to third parties, except to Latvijas Pasts and SIA Omniva (courier services) for order delivery purposes.

3. The Seller delivers Products to the address provided by the Buyer in accordance with courier service tariffs. The Buyer pays for the Products and delivery in advance, prior to confirmation and dispatch. Delivery costs are included in the invoice.

4. Orders can be placed 24/7, but order fulfillment is carried out by the Seller during business hours: Monday–Friday 10:00–19:00. No fulfillment is carried out on Saturdays or Sundays. The Seller confirms acceptance of an order by sending an email confirmation. If no confirmation email is received, the order is not accepted. Order fulfillment begins once the payment has been credited to the Seller’s account.

5. The Buyer may exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal provided under Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law and return the Product within 14 calendar days. To avoid disputes, the Buyer must check upon receipt whether the Product matches the order (color, name, and other essential parameters).

6. If the Products have been incorrectly assembled, the Buyer has the right to exchange them within 14 days by filling out a return form. In such cases, courier expenses are covered by the Seller.

7. If the Buyer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, the following conditions apply:

  • The Product must not be used. If the Product’s condition has deteriorated due to improper storage, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
  • The Buyer must preserve and not damage the original packaging.
  • To use the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must contact the Seller by email at goodmoodkitchenriga@gmail.com. The Seller will provide a withdrawal form, which must be completed and sent back by the Buyer.
  • The Buyer must keep both the courier documents for receipt of the Product and the postal/courier documents for its return.
  • More information on distance contracts and withdrawal rights can be found at: http://www.ptac.gov.lv.
  • Refunds for returned Products and delivery costs are transferred to the Buyer’s bank account (as specified in the withdrawal form) within 14 calendar days of contract termination and receipt of the returned Product at the Seller’s warehouse (Bruņinieku iela 81B, Riga, LV-1010).

8. The average delivery time is 1–7 business days, but the Seller reserves the right to deliver within up to 2 calendar weeks, as delivery times may vary depending on stock availability and special conditions.

9. Delivery within Latvia can take up to 7 business days (Omniva) or 10 business days (Latvijas Pasts), and up to 30 business days for international deliveries.

10. All prices are shown including 21% VAT (Value Added Tax).

11. Payment is made online at goodmoodkitchen.lv by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron) or by bank transfer to the Seller’s account, as specified in the prepayment invoice. All delivery costs are covered by the Buyer.

12. On the Buyer’s account statement, the transaction appears as “RIGAKITCHEN.”

13. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and will comply with them.

14. The Buyer acknowledges that the Seller has the right to unilaterally amend these Terms at any time.

15. Gift Card Terms

  • Gift cards are available in values from 5 to 100 EUR.
  • Gift cards can be used in the online store.
  • Each gift card is valid for 1 year.
  • Gift cards can be purchased online.
  • After payment, the gift card is sent to the email provided by the Buyer.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
